Automagents ("we") runs automagents.ai. This page explains what we collect when you use the site, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions go to [email protected].
What we collect
- What you send us through the contact form: your name, email address, and anything else you choose to fill in (company, phone, topic and your message).
- Basic technical details sent with the form: the country your request came from and your browser's user-agent string, which help us spot spam.
- Anonymous visit statistics: we use privacy-friendly analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell, rent or share your information for marketing.
Why we use it
We use your contact details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to work with you. Visit statistics help us understand which pages are useful.
Who helps us run the site
We use a small number of trusted service providers to host the site, deliver email and protect the contact form from spam (Cloudflare Turnstile). They only handle your information to provide those services to us.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to reply and for our normal business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We'll respond within 30 days.
